The font is too small at my monitor and the site is optimized for 800x600. I would make it rather for 1024x768.

I don't think 1024x768 is good, maybe he needs to put a detection tool, and then have 2 sites????

I would increase the font size. WAY too small for my eyes and the resolution I use. Otherwise, love it. Don't understand why you have those linux, windows, php images in the footer, but it's not bad.

This is suppose to be a website representing a web development consulting company, correct?
It looks like the corporate website for a furniture manufacturer. Visually, it's not bad. But under the hood.... Oh dear.
It was designed in dreamweavers layout view which inherently produced the ugliest, most excessive markup possible.
It uses tables for layout (read: 1)
It has in-line images for logo & navigation (read: no-no)
It uses javascript for image rollovers instead of css.
Tags are uppercase.
1995 called. They want their spacer gif's back.
Rather than using a cacheable style sheet, the css that is used is included in the head of each page.
There is css littered throughout the document in style tags.
There is presentational markup littered throughout the structure of the document.
It's about 5 to 10 times the code needed to accomplish the same thing if done properly.
Where are the h1,h2,etc. tags?
Where is the span image replacement in the menu?
Now that said.... If this is your first site, or one of your first sites, it's not bad. I would suggest you get the hell away from layout view and start learning to code by hand - but most people learn on a WYSIWYG.
My last suggestion, don't try to start a business being a web design consultant when you haven't a clue what you're doing when it comes to the subject. I say this because I was in your position many years ago and I wish someone had told me the same thing.
I like your ambition though. I'd like to give you the opportunity to learn how that page could be made using proper design techniques. If someone had done this for me when I started, I would have been light years ahead of where I was. If you're interested in a crash course on how to properly design a website, drop me a PM and I'll help you.
Cheers!

i have 20/20 vision and can hardly see what it all says, if you want to make the text so small, you should atleast add the disability text enlarger buttons on their for easier accessibility. Yes everyone can easily do it from the browser, but its a nice feature.
