Not bad. A bit busy, and looks like a few other sites I've been to (not original?).

But, clicking on the links for the games sends me to "page not found" errors.

I have just visited your site. I clicked all the games (eg. beaver blast, beaver dive) at http://www.arcadespecial.com/categories/Arcade and I get a page not found message.
I hope I helped you.

Seems very cookie cutter. Maybe adding a better logo will make it more appealing.

I guess you really need a new banner right now...!

and maybe use some other colors, other than deep blue..alot of arcade site using this kind of blue too...!?

Yeah.. some banner will be nice. Nothing special, the color seems too dull to me = )

Perhaps, you should try to customize the menu and make it look different from the other similar sites... There are a lot of sites that use the exact same template, so customize.
