PR4 Vs PR2

If I have a PR4 site and get links from lesser prs will it bring mine down??

No, not if you are getting links from them... also if you are sending links back, depends on where you are sending from (what page) and also how many links are on the page.

More links out means less PR.

PR is a simple formula that just measures your incoming links and their PR. Your PR can only lower if a website linking to you stops linking or lowers in PR.

i dont think so......ive been linking to sites with lower PR than our site and it hasnt done any harm that im aware of.

Having links from PR2 websites can only bring up your page rank. HOWEVER if these links are considered as blog spam or "bad neighborhoods" they can affect your PR (or so I believe).

If you are linking to other websites related your content, Google won't hate you!
