well i have one site which generate very good traffic i am on my wat to open new site can i send traffic from old site to new one without pop up message

Try to put textual references to your new site in the old one. If you cannot find any good reason to link to the new site, just put an advertisement announcing the new site.

Are they related? Do an announcement. Send an email to all your current people from the old site. Or skim the traffic.

just make an Announcement And tell everybody that a new website is being Launched by me...simple...

If the sites are related then you have a benefit out of it if both are not related then it is not worth to diverting it your new one...if related then you can simply make notice at top of the site about the change.....
