Sex Related Sites Hard To Backlink?

Hey guys, i have a landing page for a sexual product, aka my signature. its not a porn site in no way shape or form but it has to do with a sexual issue. I tried to get someone to submit links for me (one of the services on here) but they cant because its "adult" related. what is the way around this? are there any other services on here for linking that you guys can recommend that will help with this? or is it going to be an up hill battle even though its not adult or pornographic in my eyes and any mature persons eyes.

Why not trying to comment on the dofollow blog ? There are several dofollow blog collection on net.

You can posting in related forums. That's the great chance to make one way backlinks for this kind of sites.
