$100 contest, Wordpress Theme needed (PSD/UNCODED)

Good Day Peeps,

Currently planning to start a new blog, just got the domain name suggestion contest yesterday, and the winner won out with " CuisineDiary(.)com.

So the second stage gona be Theme design and so on. As usual, wordpress still my top choice when talk about blogging. So i need a uncoded theme for this stage.

Note: My domain still an empty domain which don't have logo etc etc.

So, this is not the typically design contest, it is like design with you creative and idea.
Before you start, let me tell you the purpose of my blog. The blog gona be some kind of restaurant/food introducing blog. My brother with me will go 1-2 cheap to expensive restaurant every week and will wrote down their food quality, services etc and how we enjoy ourselves with some food and restaurant photo. And for the moment, we will travel the whole Melbourne, Victoria and Etc in Australia.

My requirements for the theme:
a blog page as well ( it won't take you more than 10 minutes to do that right ?) NOTE: only need to do that when you're chosen as winner.
Creative but doesn't look like kid's side.
** As I Dont Have logo at the moment, just simply dumb something at the logo space, so i can hold next logo even after this.
A facebook and twitter thingy and sidebar.
black colour fonts preferable.
some ads space for future use
and
YOUR PARTICIPANT =)

I know $100 is not much, but this is what i can afford at the moment,
End in 1 weeks after the third Entry.

@emzdesign,wow it look great, but it did gave me some restaurant website feeling more than my purpose ? And i think i would prefer things to go classic, maybe some change for the background colour ?

@EMZdesign, your design look great for me, from colour to layout its look good, probably i will end this contest at sunday or monday. So far you're the best and if you think of some idea, maybe you can add in to make it even more better.
@jak17, Sorry mate, it doesn't suit my taste, it give me the fast food website and it is too busy.

@matt , your entry look good as well, i like it pretty much as well, currently i can't think any modification that needed, if you got extra maybe some tweaking on the header picture as is quite pointed to some kind of food while my purpose is introduce all range of food.

@leetsooc, thanks for participating, it will be great if it is not so busy, the overall design is too busy.

Just my 2 cents from a potential customer's perspective - the red one hurts my eyes, the blue one looks cheap, maybe try a different tone? Personally I really like the first one that emzdesign submitted. It's clean and elegant. Straightforward, that's probably why it gave you the restaurant feeling, but it's a good thing.

TO EMZDESIGN, just a suggestion, I think you should consider putting your watermark in 15% and go in diagonally, and don't use color especially, it messes up the design.

Seem like the party just start to rock, so far all design submitted was great.

@emz , look very good and my brother said it was great as well, it did gave me the feel i want, which let my reader know this is the site where you can follow US to dine in a restaurant. Good Job.

@Leetsoc :: Very good designs bro.....actually it looks very professional......
just a suggestion : Why not try the layout with your previous entries colours.....and instead of a brown....use a light and a lighter grey colour. I think it would really suite that theme.....

Actually, besides this i quite prefer mansur's design as well but my brother decide to go with EMZdesign.
@harizd, your design and ideas is pretty good as well.

I would rank EMZ -> Mansuer ->harizd , this 3 i like the most but unfortunately in a contest there are only 1 winner.
