When I log into my account, I see this infomation
Does anybody else encounter the same situation? Why this happen?
In the "Payment Holding " Option, I don't select the Hold Payment checkbox. In fact, I never modified it.

Can't say that I have come accross the same problem. Perhaps you should try to check and then uncheck the Hold payment checkbox to see if that makes a difference.

Adsense is nothing but a big-fat-mess right now. I have been waiting to be paid for 3 weeks now.
Check out this seems many people are having the same issue

More and more complaints about google are coming. If Yahoo should bring out their program within a few weeks a lot of people would run to the competition

Doesn't Google usually wait at least two or three weeks after the end of the month to send out the checks? I thought that this was normal...

Yes, they do wait a period of time, but I think he is refering to his account status.

Correct , just edit your personal settings to modify on how you like to get paid.

For what it is worth, I just received my February cheque yesterday. I will now have to wait 45 days for it to clear. The option to receive the Adsense payment in Euros has been a long time coming but hopefully by the time the March cheques roll out, the month and a half bank delay will be a thing of the past.

Depends: Are you from the us then yes they need to acquire your tax details. If you are a non-uscitizen then they dont. You can edit these setting in your personal settings when you look at your adsense account. There is a option tax information.
And if remember clearly that at the beginning when you signup you need to tell whether you are a company or just a private person. At the end you will still have to pay taxes however this will depend on the amount of money you will earn.

Is it just me or has my account payment history button disappeared? It used to be at the upper left when you logged in. I don't see any way of checking your account history anymore

You just need to go to My Account | Payment History (hopefully that's what you are refering to.
