Hi everyone :), I'm new here.

I get the train to work every morning and get off at Belfast Central station. All over the floors there you'll find large printed carpet sections that read
"Ad's on floors- Advertise your business here"

It got me thinking about advertising a few of my own businesses.
I decided to check out there website to get a quote and found that there domain had expired in 2006, So I done a bit more research and found that they have ad's on carpets all over the place at Train stations , Airports and other high profile places.
After some research I found that the company went outta business in 2006 so I decided to buy the domain.

The thing is, I'm unsure what would be the best thing to do with this.

Should I sell the domain with info about the many ad's about the place ?
or
Contact the places that the ad's are showing (eg: Train Stations) and find out what the agreement was with Ads on Floors and continue selling the ad space to businesses ?

The domain is " AdsOnFloors (dot) com "
(currently forwarding to another of my sites)

Any imput would be great on this :)

Thanks

Update:

I just called an old number I found for AdsOnFloors on the net and got through to a carpet place. The told me that the AdsOnFloors section went bust and closed in 2006. I now know for sure that they wont be looking for the domain or business back :D . Happy Days.

Also Just registered the company name.

Go for the first option coz you can earn a lump sum for the sales of the domain.
All you need to do is approach a investor then sent them a proposal about the usefulness of the domain such as how to monetize the domain.
