Use headlinesnow.com coz its more easy memorable.
While the 24x7 is better if you can update content 24 hour a day.

First, it emphasizes the "NOW" word which is showing that it's an always-up-to-date news blog.
Second, it's easier to be pronounced. If you want to tell someone your blog address orally, headlines24x7 will bring potential miss leading. Third, it's more memorable.

beleive me a domain will not attract more people, when people likes your site they'll come no matter what's your domain :)
