Won Snapnames Auction, now what?

I won a snapnames domain auction and now my domain is held by Answerable.

Should I wait until closer to domain expiration time to transfer over to Godaddy (what I use for my other domains) or do it now? If I transfer early, I will have to fork over more money even though I have 1 year left with answerable, correct?

have you paid for the domain ? If yes , then you will need to register a new account on the current registerof the domain ?

Snapnames will soon send you an email regarding this problem. Later you can transfer it by yourself to any registrar.

I paid for the domain through winning the auction. They sent me the account login info. i am just wondering if people just wait for til it's closer to expiration date with that registrar before transferring over to another registrar
