Need advice to get 2 contests live??

Hi All, please bear with me I want to run two contests here but have never done it before. I've pretty much taken everything I can think of and put it down on a word.doc but it rambles on a bit and I'm sure it isnt what you would call a brief, however I'm trying to get everything over and I've written things I believe I need.

Do I just copy and paste the lot here and risk putting people off or just announce the contest and the prize and send those who enter the word.doc??

Also I dont want the contest names showing up on Google, what do I do?

I've tried to structure it as much as I can just seems a lot probably someone who writes design briefs would have done it much better. So pretty much copy everything and delete the name. I have been working on a template idea so everyone should get to the site address from there.

Theyre two great contests and very very current and one of them in particular for everyone in the UK.

One is an environmental site where I want to really push WP to do all the things it can do, using all the plugins and tools - but it cant look like a WP blog.

The other my attempt to start a Peoples Party!

I think I'll do both. I'm just trying to get any info together so at least no-one is wasting any time and you have as much as I can give, as after researching at various contests it would seem half the time you guys are supposed to be mind-readers :)

As I said it may be a bit long-winded and look like a lot but its my first try and all the plugins are readily available plus anything else that isnt I'll pay for.
