Requirements: Must be modern looking, sleek, web 2.0 type style, have some form/feel of technology incorporated so people can look at it and remember what the companies is related to. Must look good on a business cards as well as letter heads etc. Try to provide as many examples as possible

okay here is nice concept. I created bold letters which are still distinguishable but I also added a command prompt inside the 'O' to give a suggestion to technology.

my second concept again I related it to technology by using a computer or network which most people instantly recognize . I used a icon which when seen people will think of BOA Solutions.

Try adidng a gloss wave effect to the image. The image looked more as a logo for a environmental business of some sort. let me see what else you have.

Really liked the look of the logo, maybe make the BOA in a more custom font just looks like a plain arial or times new roman. See what kind of technology twist you can add to it.
