I've just updated the list of web proxy topsites (http://www.proxybuilder.com/proxy-topsites.php) on Proxy Builder, it now contains a list of 19 topsites ranging from PR3 to PR6. You can order them by pagerank or alexa rating - I just add them all for my new proxy websites.
You should give the rest of the site a read too and you can even make your own proxy website instantly if you go to the Proxy Builder (http://www.proxybuilder.com) homepage. Topsites are a great method of building Pagerank and traffic, I hope this list helps at least one person :)
