The ones that come to mind are www.ezinearticles.com, www.buzzle.com and www.goarticles.com all have excellent page rank and are well respected among the webmaster community. If your looking for something closer to your niche perhaps contacting a few webmasters and bloggers offering a guest post in exchange for a link back would be suitable.

There is many articles directory and website but some are best website.
Ezinearticles is the best. Webmd and articlesdeshboard.com and many more are the very good website.

Just a note about isnare: Not only do your articles appear on this site, but for around $2, you can get your article distributed to 1000's of other article directories. I have tested the effectiveness in the past & there is a noticable difference in traffic & links when using the ditribution service.
