Hello everyone ! I have a question here.
I have a website about blogging and I want to know if, for example the other site that has PR=3 on home page, which writes articles about blogging will put a link inside a new article with PR=0 to my website. Will this help me to reach higher ratings in google search on a keyword for example "blogging", if I'll have 200 links of that kind ?
Thanks!

Yeah that's a common SEO technique. High PR Domains (home pages) have higher value inner-pages (even 0), and links from those pages would definitely benefit you.

Link can not be increased too much, too fast, otherwise, google will think you are cheating will be penalized!

Links from new articles are useful, keep in mind that most 'review' articles don't get many backlinks. If you can get a backlink from a 'useful' article that people might be linking to, you can sure expect positive results.

Google becomes suspicious if a new blog gets huge no of backlinks in a short period of time.Google believes in getting backlinks in a natural way which can be achieved through directory submission, blog commenting and forum posting.

"Link can not be increased too much, too fast, otherwise, google will think you are cheating will be penalized!"
Has anyone actually seen this type of penalty at all? I hear about it a lot but never have seen it or gotten concrete proof. It seems like speculation.
