Use google webmaster tool .After log in,click the 'Link' at the left sidebar,then use can check the link.

The two big ones are google webmaster tools and yahoo's tool link:www.yoursite.com the other ones I like> http://www.domain-pop.com/ and http://www.marketleap.com/publinkpop/ all will help figure your backlinks and what is funny is they all will show diffrent number of backlinks.

check-backlink.com is pretty good, it show all your external and internal backlinks with PR, IP, nofollow viewing options but it only shows up to 2000 results at max.

Yahoo site explorer is still the most accurate one.
