A quick paypal question

Ok, I have a paypal account (I just can't verify it since im 14). If I want to buy something online, such as a script from a dp member, what do I need to do. I tried sending money, but it says the limit is $.00

Then you find another way of paying them because based on the Paypal terms you agreed to when you signed up for the account which reads

Without limiting the foregoing, our Service is not available to minors (under 18), persons who are suspended from our Service, or to persons who present an unacceptable level of credit risk.

You probably just need to forego your paypal account until you are 18.

The account would be in your parent's name, right?? Cos you are not eligible. Use their CC to get verified:)

But if it is not in your parents name then hm, you just have a 4 year problem.
