I understand you are excited about starting a blog or a website to build your online presence but, if you are going to ever turn your blog into a potential cash machine... and I'm not saying you are or aren't -
It's important to know who your target market audience is and if in fact there are people within your market audience that are already buying what you have to offer.
That's how I would approach my blog anyways. But that's just me!
And a great place to find out if you have an audience or not is to go ahead and checkout the Amazon.com marketplace.
Happy Blogging my friend! :)

Keywords in the domain really don't help anymore, better find something catchy or brandable. Maybe try registering another's country .TLD?
Like Matt Mullenweg - He registered a really cool one - Ma.tt (yes, .tt is the TLD).

Register what do you want and feel happy. I suggest you Now I Want, so you can register nowiwant.com :) ... sorry that's my name, I want to sell it, but not now

how about "rumblebumbles.com" ?
just kidding, anyway you'll have to find your own true identity before choosing a name, because once you do that there will be no way back... ;)

Congrats.
Well try starting with smtg to call your own. Like a weird made-up word or your name, but modified (for example bloggerson or smtg).
I've got humourblogger.com if you like it PM
