some SEO dude told me that using InLinks.com is the quickest and most efficient way of getting 1st page for a specific keyword. He said you pay 10$ a month for that keyword and just sit back and wait...:)

is that true? Anyone had some good experiences using this method?

what they do is put ur ads as inlinks on publisher pages depending on what sites they stick you on and how relevant and trust worthy they are...

Personally stay away from them you can reach the top using normal seo tactics
