I am a fastblogfinder user and I guess you could say it is not accurate in that more than50% of the blogs are no follow. IMO any search engine or software that "claims" to be 100% accurate is full of baloney, or is it bologne? Blogs are going from do follow to no follow all the time. The same with social bookmarking sites. It is a moving target to try and find do follow blogs as they are today and go to no follow tomorrow. If you find something better than fastblogfinder let us all know but be aware that most of the tools that are attempting to find you do follow blogs are only as good as how often they are updated and my experience tells me that you still have to confirm on your own if the blog is STILL do follow. I myself don't fault the software, but the climate on the web where the spammers are carrying the day and blogs just get tired of all the spammy comments. I have three blogs and not a lot of traffic. 90% of my blog comments are for viagra, loans, insurance,.............. and on top of that they are crammed with url's, nonsense and they are more than irritating.

Well I have to say I'm confident my site and service is much much better than 50%. I actually posted a review of 3 dofollow search engine (http://dofollowsearchengine.com/blog/dofollow-search-engine-reviews/). And they averaged about 55%.
At the time of this review I did the same review of my site and it returned 90% dofollow. If you have any questions I posted a pdf of the results.
And I have to say that these sites are constantly changing so I scrub my complete list every month. In my experience since January I find about 10% of dofollow blogs turn into nofollow.
The service is $20/month but I believe you get what you pay for. I spend dozens of hours maintaining and writing bonus books for people.

FastBlogFinder is not bad at all, 50% is a little bit exaggeration. You can use some hand maintained dofollow blog search engine that NickMack and altesino have suggested.
Most of these start with 100% dofollow but many blogs turn nofollow very quickly. You might want to try inlineseo, followtopia etc. I have a list here (http://directoryblogger.com/are-you-tired-of-looking-for-dofollow-blogs/).
