Do you know ning.com? Many people have created social networks. The good thing about Ning for us: You can drop your links and they are DOFOLLOW.

How to find Social Network sites on Ning that are related to your keywords?

USE GOOGLE! Click the links below and chance "keyword" to keyword you want to rank high on, but don't use too many words!

You will now get websites listed that have pages about your keyword. Create a profile and drop your links on your profile, comments, blogs and maybe even more (depending on the site's options)

@CoolDevelopR: Not really, but it kinda adds more value when you can place a link on a page that has your keyword in the title or URL :)
