In search of the Perfect Link Juice Calculator

Hello everybody,

I'm currently working on a new project involving some heavy duty search engine optimization, and now I'm trying to figure out what the best Link Juice/Website Quality algorithm can be implemented.

The Problem: I'm trying to build a free webmaster link exchange php script that will provide quality sites with the following options:
-- to exchange links based on some estimated score/value. Placing someone elses link based on good place gives you some "quality points" which you can use to get "one" same quality link from other website in the network or "multiple" lower quality links from our network.

The idea is credited to TLA who did the first Blog Juice calculator, which is unfortunately quite limited and specialized only for blogs (which is not helping us much). Therefore I'm trying to build something much better than what they have. In order to do so, I will need to implement a complex link juice calculation algorithm will will be able to calculate the following:

Total Link Juice Value = (Total Website Value multiplied by Total Number of Pages on domain) then divided by Total Number of External Links for that website plus the Total Linking Page Value. See explanations on all those variables with a detailed percentage on different items on my blog. Note this algorithm is just the first draft, I’ll improve it as I get more feedback.

Since all of you "link builders" are using some sort of "algorithm" in judging which reciprocal link partner is worth it, then you should be able to help me find the perfect formula. Please check my blog first to find what I currently have. I've intentionally placed the algorithm on my blog so that I can modify it as I get feedback, and if I post it here I won't be able to update that post as I need it.

This would be very cool to have -- I think there is really no way of knowing without trial and error though -- AKA When i implement a new link to my sites does the juice go up or down.

But if you found a sure fire way to do it Im in on buying the program , would save my a-- a lot of time

well, yes we all agree that PR is good, but its not a definite measure. for example you can see that now this forum (that used to be PR7-8) is now PR4!!! (on my toolbar). Therefore the number of links and indexed pages should be considered as higher quality.

It seems this is quite complicated and nobody knows the exact formula. I guess I'll just give up on the idea for the perfect link juice calculator. Sad really ..
