My paypal has been frozen for some while now as i've recieved £X amount, its annoying, i added a bank account, but then they decide to stop the process, and now i have to send a fax with bank statement. I call up there call center, and no offence but the guy doesn't speak much English, i tell him the fax number i have and he says its correct but its a phone number! :confused: :mad:

So im wondering if i close my account, and open a new one, will i be able to use the same CC? :o

You probably cannot use the same CC, Name and Email Address.

Is there a reason why your account is frozen ? I think it is best to work to resolve the issue.

It's because i've recieved £X amount since it's been open, so there strict on money laundering. The only way to resolve it is to send a fax with bank statement, and photo ID but they keep giving me the wrong fax number!

You can't use the same credit card or bank account (and thats forever which amazes me).

It is a pain in the butt to validate after receiving past the amount allowed (I think I had to include a passport and a few other things for passing 10 or 15k) but it is a lot easier to just sort out the account in question.

Yeh, but it's arkward when i get told wrong numbers which are actually phone numbers.. lol. Does ANYONE have correct UK fax number for Paypal =)

I think they gave me like 4 at one point since I had the same issue. I didn't save them but I understand your pain. Keep track of the wrong numbers and keep asking for a new one. Eventually they will give you a valid one.

Woot spoke to someone local, just have to wait for them to deposit funds now :)

You may try to learn their local address to go there and give them required documents by hand.

ARGH! f sake, there trying to make my life hard! Got the small deposits in my bank, now they say i can only use a current account, and decide to delete my savings one :@
