copeac payoneer payment - 30 april for international countires

anyone receive already copeac payment to their payoneer debit cards?
my AM say that on 30 they will run payment for payoneer payment but still waiting and no payment ..i check payoneer acc. every 3-4 hours bur suprised - still no payment.

i talk with my AM before 3 min and he say that this also depend on payoneer accounting..hmm what this mean?
maybe this will take 2-3 days for all international payments.
