Hello DPers!

One of my clients need a VECTOR logo for his business.

It should contain none or very minimal graphical elements, focusing more on the text.

You can use any colors, but the overall look should be corporate and professional.



Here are the details for the logo..

Name : Maverick Growth Solutions

Tagline : Business Growth Experts

I don't know if it helps, but Maverick means a person who doesn't follow the crowd. And the business theme is to help small businesses grow and expand.




You have the complete creative control, so come up with your best ideas!

Winner will get $70 via PayPal and will have to provide the Vector logo in .PSD and/or .AI along with the fonts used and complete rights.

This contest will end as soon as the 'right' entry is posted, and I will provide frequent feedback.

Hey guys.. here is the feedback so far.

deraya - pretty simple, sorry not feeling it.

DCStudio - impressive, can we see some more ideas from you ?

jackieh1791 - well aligned, but needs some creativity

Sarahmclaughlanx - lack of creativity

gamelord - good, maybe add a tie to it ? and try a different font(s)

jassmax - Pretty plain.

samir_designs - Not sure about the alignment, needs some creativity.

Pranz - Sorry, not feeling it.

Blaziken75 - Sorry, not feeling it either.

allofall - is the globe a vector element? can we see some more variations where the focus is on the text + the element that makes it eye catching!

Thanks for the feedback CH.I integrated the tie concept as u asked.If u can give me a example of a font u like i can change the font.

gamelord - Thanks for the update, not feeling the tie.. the 'knot' of the tie should be a bit more bold and prominent

deraya - Much better, maybe add some graphical creativity to it?

chemicalinck - We like the concept, can we replace the 'man' in the logo with something else? its kinda over used..

Steve136 - Colors are good, maybe focus more on Maverick than growth solutions, and try some different object than that used?
