top banner for wordpress site

I need a banner/header for this site:

It is for a driving school and I want it to have the school name on it and whatever else you can think of to make it look sharp and professional.

I want it to cover the whole top but not take out the "search" box.

Name of the company is: Aces Driving School of Stafford
