Have you any preference on colour schemes etc? You say it needs to be 4 colour, do you want a white background with coloured fonts?
Any other graphics wanted other than the viking logo?

We would prefer:

(1) white background
(2) some appropriate business fonts
(3) conservative, professional, business ad for a business publication
(4) additional, appropriate graphics would be nice

Thanks.

One more thing: you can pick the matching color schemes (keeping in mind the logo colors, of course.

Didn't see you reply until just now!

Let me sort the pic out a minute, photobucket is compressing the file and messing up the colours!

Just trying to work out time zones, 9am est - is that approx 18 hours away?

Just checking I'm around, If I've got it right I'll be around

Have you got any feedback on the advert, you said there were some changes you wanted on the orig?

Hi Owain, Yes, 9am EST is about 18 hours away. It is New York City time at time.org, if that helps.

We decided that we prefer the logo when it is free floating on a white background. We really like your graphic treatment and are hoping that you can somehow modify it to keep it, yet get the logo free of it.

You and everyone else should note that some of the textual content may slightly change. The current text is a good place holder, so don't let that hold upyour designs. I will know more in about an hour or so.

owain, jackie and logorice (and anyone else thinking of entering.) Now that we have seen the titles and bullets in the designs and in this size ad, we would like to change the top title and the body of the text. These will be the last changes that we make:

1. Title at the Top:

Change from 'Very Good Systems' to 'Viking Web'

2. New Bullet Content:

* Mission-critical enterprise software for the fundraising community.

* Web-based advancement, membership, social service, adoption, child sponsorship
and call center software.

* Completely integrated, flexible, easy to use and surprisingly affordable

* Fundraising and technology consulting

* Supporting the fundraising community for more than 23 years

Thanks. The designs are looking good.

Couple other things for everyone to remember:

The completed ad must be exactly the size in the specs that the publisher is requesting and I put in my original post. Also, as it state, the colors cannot 'bleed'. This means that there must be a small white margin around the entire ad border so that there is no color touching an edge of the ad.

Thanks again,

I would like to start off by thanking everyone who participated in this contest. All of the submissions were quite good and, to be honest, it was a very difficult choice. In fact, if we had the need, we would have purchased multiple ads.

However, we have chosen 7days' ad submission and the payment has been made.

We willl likely have more work in the months ahead, so keep watch on this forum for more opportunities. Thanks again to all.
