This site contains adult content

Hi

I am looking to sell www.SurfErotic.com, the quality domain and the custom tgp.

I am selling because I do not have the time to develop the site and set up link exchanges (I am dedicating all of my attention to another site right now). I was going to sell the domain for $800 but I decided that it would be better to develop it myself. The unique design cost me $300, and I have spent money on traffic for establishing trades (which I can not seem to do).

I am looking for around $900 for the domain and site. The domain is at GoDaddy.com

Any proof of income, or are you selling it based stricly on the domain and design?

I prefer to sell for the site and domain quality, but I have attached stats.

I haven't been looking after the site because I have been working on another project which has taken all my time. The site makes less than a dollar a month (I just basically haven't looked after it). I have got one sign up on adultfreindfinder, but if you get a sign up on a porn site, you can get around $25 per sign up. So the new webmaster would have to find sites to exchange links with. Once the exchanges are set up (and an exchange script is already installed and integrated into the site), traffic can augment and so can revenue.

Where does the content come from? Is it auto updated? Is it submitted by your visitors?

The content can be auto updated everyday (you can set the exact time). The script will go to various porn sites (I have already set some up, but you can add new ones if you want or delete the ones which are there).

The best thing to do is to update using sponsored results. That way, if a visitor signs up at an adult site by following your link, you get money.

The whole site can basically run on its own. All you really have to do is set up link exchanges (traffic trades) with other sites and make sure that the traffic is what you would expect from that site.

can you please pm me with the details about how it updates itself, maybe some screenshots of the backend etc, if it works well, especially with paid galleries i will bid 800 right off the bat.

how it updates itself, maybe some screenshots of the backend

The backend is really user-friendly, and basically consists of clicking on the galleries you want, and sites you want to exchange with.

1. The TGP script is a very well supported script. You can sign up to sponsored galleries by using a 1-click install feature next to the gallery on the main control panel page (see screenshot). Usually, your affiliate site will send you a list of URLs, which you input into the control panel. The script will then display part of those URLs everyday (and automatically create thumbs). The most popular urls are kept at the top of the page (this means you will get higher click through rates).

2. I have also installed a traffic script called TurboTrafficTrader. This manages the link exchange traffic, so that you can clearly see which site has sent what traffic, as well as how many clicks each visitor has made on the site.

It all runs really easily and it is simple to maintain.

I have added some screenshots so that you can see what the backend is like.

Got another $800 bid by PM... But please take note that the current bid is $900 and so if you wish to bid it should be over that.

Thank you!
