I plan to build more link for my blog, and having some budget to make it happen.
Buying link from a website, or buying a review is better?
eg. $20 to buy a link or $20 to buy a review from a normal website, probably hv some PR, some traffic, and blog age more then a year
Please feel free to comment, I willing to take any advice ;)

my vote goes to buy a review from a site in that way you will get immidiate user attention for you site with 2-3 backlinks to your site. while buying link will give only one backlink. its my view.

I think the reviev is better. For some reason it would tempt more people to visit your site and maybe come back agen to your site. Usually nobody exept Google see your backlink.

I think a review would better, but make it genuine and substantial.

I would go with the review as buying links is frowned upon by Google.

A link inside the content of the page is much better than a link in other place of the page. Therefore, review.

Google does not like any paid reviews, links or otherwise. If a human editor sees your site and can tell there are paid links, blog posts or reviews, it can get your site penalized. Your site could be removed from Google's index entirely.
That said, as we all know that buying and selling links is a huge part of DP, it is "safer" to buy links in blog posts or in articles on a website. In-content link buying is even preferable to a site wide link.
Keep in mind that blog posts (aka reviews) often allow up to 3 links per post. That means you get 3 links for the same "value" of a monthly site wide link. The con in that is that posts are pushed down off the site index after a period of time. They get buried. But it's a permanent link all the same.
Site wide link purchases can be risky. If the site has 1,000s of pages that's quite a sudden boost to your back links and it could get you "flagged" as suspicious (trying to manipulate the SERPs). So a home page only link is preferable, to me anyway.

Buying a review is highly recommended as it can not only give you backlinks, it will provide you with traffic from the site as well. A sitewide link will only benefit you purely for backlink alone but will not usually give you traffic.

If the review is stay at the home page or inner page with PR, then it will be better. Else, go for link.

The review will stay at the home page few days only, after that it will purge to 2nd page or deeper

Link building should be done in combination of both

Thank you for all your valuable comment and suggestion.
Some time when I seek for blogger to review, some of their blog even no PR and less traffic, for example less then 50 hit per days and PR0
does this kind of blog worth to paid, even is very less such as $5

Buying a review is by far a better option, even if it doesn't stays on the homepage, this is more eye-catching (and interesting to read) than a little text stripe in a sidebar.
Although, you better forget getting a review from a good blog or website with only 20$ to spend.

People aren't that much naive... when I see a review on a blog about another, it doesn't look 'natural'.

None is better becasue you will only get penalyzed once Google finds out that you have bought the links.

That hasn't been proven yet. Think about how many high PR blogs are selling links for a month or so... it doesnt have a negative impact on the receiving website.

Review is better. You can try to get oneway links easily without paying anything.
