I am trying to raise my page rank (getting addicted), is there any sites on the web that provide links to free links pages where I can add my site www.knoxdevelopments.co.uk ??

Well... you could comment on my blog and that's a free backlink for you because it's DoFollow. If you have a blog it will also show your latest blog post which equals two free backlinks. :D

Just do a search for "do follow" sites on google. You will find more than you can post to.

do follow blogs can get kind of annoying since a lot of time they'll remove your comments, you have to really make an effort to post a quality comment on most of the high pr blogs.

Search like " your keyword + add url ", "your keyword + add site" and so on. You will find some free sites with high PR.

Do a search in google for the keyword powered by pligg and it will give you a ton of dofollow links for social bookmarking sites

I paid for such a list at WF

They have a few good products over there giving you a big list of sites - some monthly - for quite low prices
