I moved www.charlotteseay.com and put in a redirect on old host. Keywords stayed about the same until just before the last update. Of the 19 keywords I was watching (some have always been NA) all have disappeared but one. If I do a manual search on Google for midland artist I usually find Charlotte as number 1 (actually have not seen her in any other position) Since the url I was using was http://www.charlotteseay.com, I have tried using tool to check www.charlotteseay.com, http://charlotteseay.com, charlotteseay.com and am getting NA with the keyword tracking tool for regardless of the url I use. Hitting the link on keyword tracking tool to recheck position is still returning NA.

Do you have any thoughts regarding why. I had hoped with time I would reappear but this has gone on for some time now.

Thank you for your help.

I just tried it within the keyword tracker... with midland artist as the keyword and charlotteseay.com as the URL. And it was able to locate it (at #1 and #2). A URL of http://www.charlotteseay.com, www.charlotteseay.com would also work though.

Do you have any restrictions on your account (under Edit Preferences)? (language and/or country restrictions)

It has been maddening. Charlotte's keywords fell off map the end on Feb/Early March. I have been getting

midland artist http://www.charlotteseay.com N/A 0 0 0 Mar 19, 2004
midland artist charlotteseay.com N/A 0 0 0 Mar 19, 2004
midland artist http://charlotteseay.com N/A 0 0 0 Mar 19, 2004
midland artist www.charlotteseay.com N/A 0 0 0 Mar 19, 2004

for days.

Went in and changed country preferences from US to no country
preferences and now am finding keywords.

I do appreciate both your tool and your help.

Bingo... The domain is on a server in Canada. :)

I bet if you changed the country restriction to Canada, you would be there.

The "No Restriction" is what Google defaults to in the US, so...

Of course, it will also show up in google.ca when you choose to only show results from Canada:
