Need help in finding a script.

I need help in finding a script that open and close feedback boxes.. I searched for about a week already and didn't find anything. I hope someone here will be able to help me.
Look at these examples:
http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-3698748,00.html - in the end of the page there are feedbacks that you can see the content and close it by clicking the title.
http://tipo.co.il/news.asp?nid=44418 - same thing here (in the bottom of the page).

Please I need it as soon as possible.
