PayPal Fees: £7
Customer Pays: £200

+Vat: 17.5%

Is the total cost

£235 (Customer Pays amount)?

Or £226.78 (Service cost + 17.5%)?

I am not sure but as per my knowledge I have never seen VAT tax in Paypal fees. Better you confirm it with Paypal.
