We have currently cofigured an interface that allows customers to sign up for a specific internet service. I need to have a way for customers to sign up online and get that info into OG. There are trial accounts and regular accounts. Is there a way to import data from servers? I need to figure out a way to put the signup info on a server that is able to be imported into customer records.
Any suggestions on how to make this work?
Thanks

Won't a mysql database and php not do what your looking for?
I'm not sure why you are wanting to import into customer records, why can't you have a form which is included into a mysql database.

Isn't the built-in online signup what you would want?

Would the online signup allow current customers to add additional feature's without having to create a new account?

Yes, they can pick from multiple products to signup for.

Ok, I dont know if I am just over looking the additional features signup, but I need some help finding the location a current customer can add additional services. I browsed to http://machinename/menu.html and I dont know what url to select. I tried customer statements url but I dont see any option to add additioanl features. We also have an optiskin interface for customers but I cannot find the additional services as well. Am I looking in the wrong place?
Thanks

add.html is where you can signup new customers, and index.html would be for existing customers. As far as what they can/can't do within the web interface, you would need to set those settings under Maintenance & Preferences -> Web Interface Setup
