UberJew- good question. The forum requires zero hours a day as i have an AWESOME team of mods. the TGP page requires about 20minutes a day. The software i have (AUTGALLERY SQL) automatically puts up pics and rotates them depending on clicks with a simple cron job. People submit their content to you and you have to either approve it or reject it... some of the content also comes from the sponsors of the website which is where you make the money. when people sign up through your site you get %50 of the memebership they pay for the rest of life! so if they sign up you get atleast $14.97 and then every month they renew their memebership you keep getting %50, so when you get a lot of people signing up, it adds up!!
there is no BIN right now.

IP addresses are assigned when you connect to the internet and can be fixed. I get a new one everytime I reboot my adsl router. dialup users get a new one everytime they connect.

Some countries like Singapore have a very narrow band of IP addresses. The UK is broader and I can see (because I'm a mod) that you come from Coro territory. Not that I watch it, mind! SupaNet must be based there if you're in London.

Rob would have just noticed a new user on the same IP and been wary. It's not a bad thing, but curious. Play nicely and there won't be a problem :)
