Any one know what i can do here

I have a problem, i was trying to make my laptop quicker by getting rid of some of the devices i no longer needed, so i uninstalled some things. However i think now i have got rid of something i should not have. Now my computer only starts with safe mode and safe mode with networking, when i try to start it in normal mode, it gives me the microsoft bar', like something is happening, then it goes to a blank screen, but the laptop is on.

My operating system is Windows Vista


Does anyone know what i can do, without losing my files and websites



I have tried to restore from another time before my messing around, no change with problem.

Anyway i can found out my uninstalling history or something like that.


A man down the road charges $120 dollars for a once over, don't want to pay for something that could be easily rectified.
