Hello, everyone!

I need some information from those who have an unverified PayPal accounts in the USA. I heard that it's impossible to send money using PayPal balance (even if you have enough money thereon) until you get your account verified. One can only receive money in such a case, but not to send it.
Is that true?

Thanks,

You best read it on Paypal's site. I am sure it's documented there. I also seem to remember that on my Paypal account was written in blue letters each time I logged in to my account saying I was restricted to $xxx until I verified my account. That was back in 2001 though and I cannot remember.

Unverified accounts
Unverified PayPal accounts will have a limit on the cumulative total of payments they can make. This limit is variable and set at PayPal’s discretion. You can see your sending limit by logging in to your account and clicking on the "View Limits" link. To remove this sending limit you will need to verify your PayPal account.

U can check it in ur account as it is different for different countries... iheard it somewhere.
