Somebody threatening us that he will report our domain name as illegal spam... n he is not telling his identity?

Can you tell me any way? where we will be on the safer side.

its a fraud just ignore it, its a recent scam people are trying to pull off to make you give them your domain.

Just reporting a domain as spam is not sufficient. They need to provide true evidence. If you are not doing anything wrong, you need not worry. Just ignore them.

In order to report the spam, they must have to provide the evidence. Spamcop, etc asks for headers of the spam. Do not worry.

Proving you as a spammer will requires proof, no one can actually just take the Control of your Domain Name..
