By saying feed, I don't know if you are referring to an RSS feed or by submitting your blog to the sites. For a RSS you would need to setup a specific feed.
If you would like to ping your blog to site you can use a pinger like BlogBuzzer.com (http://www.blogbuzzer.com)

You could ping your site on pingmyblog.com or use blogblaster application.
