I have applied for Adsense on Yahoo Publisher Network, but I don't receive any answer. That means Yahoo Publisher Network didn't respond accept or not? I hope some body can advise this.

Yahoo publisher never accept international member, they only accept US member.

How long will it take for you to review my application?
If your site is eligible to participate in the beta program, you will usually receive a response from us within 10 business days. If it is not eligible, you should receive a response from us in 7-14 business days.

YPN I am sure you will not get approved.

for Adsense, wait a couple of days more.. when I applied mine, it took 4 days. but I saw some cases it could take up to 14-20 working days depending on the time and volume of applicants. As long as your site has no issue with copyright, duplicate contents and have good enough internal links/pages, you will get approved.
