$35 company logo and banner contest, paypal payment

I require a logo for a driving school.
Business Name: TAIBA Driving School
Colours: Black, yellow, white and clear
Would like the image to be associated with a car.

I would need this image for the website and for business material. this image may also be used on the vehicle.
Image must be user friendly, I dont have special software to open complicated images. would prefer if winning image was pasted into word so that I would be able to transfer it into any software I use.

Contest will end when I find a logo I like. Payment will be made via Paypal

@Schueis colour is grayish, it needs to be Black and Yellow, I like the design but is close to a collegues logo, would like to see other entries.
