How does onlywire work?

Can anybody tell me how does onlywire social bookmarking work. I have already created an account and started submitting bookmarks but some times it tells me that submission is failed. Does onlywire work successfully?

I am pretty sure if you go to youtube and put in onlywire, you will get a video showing you how it works....
