It is to narrow in my point of view, forums should be a 100% if possible.
The donate and subscripe buttons look kind of lonely and don't really fit.
The login boxes should be in one line.

I dont think it is good forum. You should retouch it and get more colors on it.

Your game discussion section is too less. For the game forum, at least 80% of the section is related to game but your only about 30~40%

Excellent design and great art work. I like it.. I think the site border at the bottom side is not completed, just complete it..

For me it has style. The green color is kind of magnetic attractive. Also like the deepness in green balls, looks like magic balls.

Looks great. Very clean, easy to read, great colors. The only thing I may add - I thought the link buttons at the top were going to change when I hovered but they didn't :(

IMO, you should have a forum for all three Halo games. Then, maybe you can make a separate category and put Halo 3 Tactics and Halo 3 File Share in there. And I would put the General Gaming Chat in the Community section. And for the logo, maybe you can add a picture or two of Master Chief, because right now it seems plain.

Your forum software is several versions behind. your running 3.7.2, the latest version is 3.8 pl1 or pl2.

Edit the "powered by" phrase in the site title and change it to targeted keywords for your site. But you have to leave the vbulletin copyright at the bottom of the page. There is a difference between the 2.

Meta description and meta keywords both look good.

Some of the text blends into the background too much.
