Please review the front page only (and possibly which design do you like better).
I am mainly looking for feedback on the design/layout.

The general feedback for the old design was "Not a professional looking site." so I have changed it fully.

I like the old header and navigation better, but I think the content area in the new design is cleaner.
So you should combine the two designs.
