PDF doc needed creating USD $30

Hi all.

I would like someone to create a pdf doc I can use on my website.

Check the attached doc for inspiration, its a lottery syndicate agreement, I would like a pdf created which includes my logo and web address ( lotterysyndicate.co.uk )

Please don't copy it word for word but use it for inspiration. Use the colours from my website etc..

Hi, yep that looks good. Would you be able to modify the logo and add .co.uk next to the syndicate

The file size is massive, can it be reduced?
