Yahoo WebRank does exist. Those who say that it doesn't exist are just ignorant. They just don't show this information to the public. It was briefly available in the Yahoo toolbar, but they have since removed it.

i am not completely sure about this, but it seems the op was asking for a yahoo pagerank similar to googles. i do not believe they have one. however, using the site:yoururl you can find pages indexed and backlinks at yahoo.
