Reciving/paying with paypal

I'm into a country not accepted at this moment by paypal. Is there a service for this situations that I can use to recive and make payments with Paypal? I found some payment processors that accept paypal as a payment method, unfortunality kinda expensive, but I didn't find any that allow me to pay to a paypal account. Can you help me find a service that alow me to pay to a paypal account, maybe to recive money from paypal too?

I think the best option would be to work with the other party to use another mode of payment, perhaps a credit card or something.

We have credit card processing, the problem is when we have to pay to somebody that has only paypal... We can't. And there isn't any real solution for that.

Maybe some do know , maybe some dont, your country doesnt need to support paypal to use it ,

i heard that paypal can mail the check to overseas... so living in a supported country or not doesn't matter... am i correct?

You can only open an account if your country that you are residing is supported so the checks can only be sent to the country which Paypal supports withdrawal in checks.

So if you don't belong to those country, you will not be able to get it by check
