thanks!* You need to space paragraphs better. Take your front page - there has to be more space between the last paragraph and the top of the list (create tables, etc); Other pages suffer from this as well.
* Display SQL using <code> or <pre><code> - it will look better
* some pages, like Data Manipulation seem to be incomplete. Move the links from the right sidebar to the page itself to make page complete
* your ads don't match your content - Google picks up your examples (e.g. cars) and shows Top Selling Import Cars

Shouldn't the title be "A SQL Primer"? "An" is not correct grammar.

in this case it can either be "an" or "a" - it depends on how you pronounce SQL :)
if you pronounce it as SEQUEL then you should use "a".
if you pronounce it as S-Q-L (i.e. the alphabets), then it should be "an" since S is is pronounce as starting with an "E". another perfect example is "an hour"...
:) - one of the quirks of english...

An is the older form, now used only before words starting with a vowel sound (and sometimes words beginning with an H sound in an unstressed syllable as in an historic event, but this usage is fading).

Not a whole lot of content there. It's easy to get bored with it very quick and never come back. It wouldn't hurt to do something that inspires visitors to return.

I like the design. I have a few suggestions:
1) The site navigation area does not have a link back to the home page. You really need it there - it took me a minute to find the home link at the bottom.
2) the home link at the bottom. You might as well give yourself some good anchor text, like SQL Primer Home, or SQL Home, or maybe www.sqlprimer.com.
3) at 800 x 600, the screen scrolls left to right. at 1024 x 768 there is grey border for unused space. Your visitors will more than likely be 1024 x 768 or larger. Seems to me like a little too much space on the sides, but then again, it looks fine now, so don't worry about it too much. It just seemed like you targetted 800 x 600 and it's a little larger than expected.
4) Code areas - you may want to give them a border, with some margin spacing to make them stand out more. The colored text is good. I think it will make your pages feel like they have more content.
I like your content. A good starting point for people.
Maybe you can return the favor and review www.bkweddings.com for me. I'd appreciate it.
