Bookmarking Demon used to be the best but to be honest it's a waste of time nowadays. The major search engines ignore links from social bookmarking sites that can be autoposted such as Pligg and Scuttle. To get any benefit you will have to manually post to major bookmarking sites.

Add to Any is good, it's a button you put on your website and any visitor can use to bookmark the page.

If you roll over it, it will display the 12 most popular social marking sites. But then if you click the little down symbol it displays loads more social marking sites!

I used autoposter and my hosting suspended my site. Be careful not to check all the features because uses too much memory. Anyway I recommend Onlywire, it is free and you send with one click to 27 social bookmarks. There is also a wordpress pluglin for it.
