When to do social bookmarking??

i m putting content in my blog.S i should social bookmark my each post after putting it in my blog???if yes wont it be considered as duplicate content by social bookmarking sites?:confused:

To bookmark posts you must have different URL's for each as you can bookmark a URL only once. So, it's better to create different page for each of your post.
